I’ve added avocado to this recipe because of its silky, creamy texture and they happen to pack a good amount of nutrients………..a treat that keeps on giving! Yes avocados are high in fats, but these types of fats are vital to our bodies. Don’t fear the fat, make fat your friend. However, fats that hang around the deep frier and fats living in a tub of margarine aren’t going to treat you well. These guys are destructive and unstable, kick them to the curb!
